This is insurance that must be arranged by an employer to cover its legal liability for bodily injury or disease sustained by their employees whilst working in the employers business. A minimum indemnity limit of £10,000,000 will apply although Kingsbridge will recommend increased indemnity limits in cases where there may be an exposure to claims from a large number of employees in one location.
