Overseas Servicing

Our experience is that the arrangement and servicing of global insurance programmes can become over-complicated and cumbersome.

Our servicing capabilities, whilst not matched in terms of size to the three major international brokers, are of the highest order. Kingsbridge worldwide servicing capability can best be described as being:

  • Totally client focused
  • Hands on
  • Bespoke to each individual client and country
  • Annual visit to each major country in which client operated
  • High caliber of staff in each territory irrespective of client size

Our clients’ staff throughout the world need local service to ensure their activities are suitably protected and any local cover required is arranged quickly, efficiently and cost effectively on their behalf. We would ensure that:

  • Primary Insurers are all represented in countries where they operate
  • Global Insurers can issue local documentation quickly
  • Local claims can be dealt with easily
  • Good local servicing brokers appointed as required

We would ensure that the appointed overseas brokers would work to a pre-agreed minimum service standard. Head Office control and Group purchasing power coupled with local service is critical.

We need to ensure that local client management and staff are equally empowered to deal with local issues.

Unlike all other major international brokers with owned offices overseas, we will not insist on change for the sake of it – “if not broken, don’t fix it”.
